Please check your drainage pipeand ensure there are no 'kinks' or that the pipe has been squashed in any way as this will reduce or stop the water from draining properly.

Undertake a high temparature service wash using a washing machine cleaner. Please refer to your instruction manual on how to do this.

Please ensure you have removed the 'transit bolts', refer to your instruction manual on how to do this.

Please ensure that you refer to your instruction manual on the routines for cleaning & maintaining your machine.  These routines are usually carried out after every cycle, in particular the cleaning of the filter & hose (if your machine is vented).
