FAQs

Hold down the “OK” button for 30 seconds until the temperature changes back to Celsius

Are both the camera and monitor powering on? If they are then please follow our guide to 're-pairing the monitor with your camera' in the following video -

If the camera is not powering on, please try plugging the camera in using the power adapter for the monitor (they are identical). Please contact Summer Infant directly on 01442 505000 (Option 1) or email custserviceuk@summerinfant.com to arrange a replacement camera or adapter dependent on the outcome.

Both the power adapters (for the camera and the monitor) are identical. Please try using the other power adapter, does the monitor / camera power on? Either way, contact Summer Infant customer service on 01442 505000 (Option 1) or email - custserviceuk@summerinfant.com for a replacement.

Unfortunately, none of the Summer Infant models of monitors are cross-compatible so you will need to ensure you purchase a Summer Infant WideView additional camera to link to your monitor. These are Argos part number 4874201 and can be found here

No, you will only be able to view one camera at a time. You can either manually either camera. Or utilise the “scan” function, this allows the monitor to transmit audio and video of Camera 1 for 8 seconds then automatically switches to Camera 2 for 8 seconds, then back to Camera 1 and so on. This would also be the case if 3 or 4 cameras were paired up. The monitor would “scan” through each camera for 8 seconds numerically. The monitor does not have a split-screen function, or the ability to listen / view to more than one camera at a time.
