FAQs

Note: The brush should be cleaned when the indicators turn white or when the brush stops rotating.

  1. Remove the floor head from the vacuum.
  2. Push the small Leaver at the side of the bush in the directions of the front of the floor head.
  3. Lift off the remaining plate.
  4. Lift out the roller brush.
  5. Remove anything wrapped around the brush.

Note: The brush can be washed under running water if needed but it needs to be fully dried.

  1. Refit the brush bar by securing into the position by fitting the retaining plate.

Note: The dust container filter should be cleaned every time the dust container is emptied.

Note: The exhaust filter should be cleaned every 3 months.

  1. Click the Dust Cup release button located at the top of the handle just above the dust cup and pull the dust cup out.
  2.  Lift out the cyclone from the dust cup and lift out the pre motor filter and shake of the dust.
  3. Turn the assembly head clockwise to dissemble the cyclone filter.
  4. Wash the cyclone filter with warm soapy water and allow to fully dry.

Note: Every three months the filter needs to be washed with warm soapy water and dried thoroughly.

Note: The dust container needs to be emptied each time it reaches the MAX line on the container or the suction on the vacuum is reduced.

1. Position the dust container over a bin and press the Lever at the front of the dust container to open the base.

2. Gently tap the container against the side of the bin and tap away any stubborn dust.

Note: Before the first time use it’s recommended to fully charge.

1. Insert the adapter cord into the vacuum and wall socket.

Note: The light will come on to indicate it’s on charge.

Note: The first light will flash and then second light will be off to indicate its charging.

3. When half charge the first light will be on and the second light will flash.

4. When fully charge the first and second light will be on and will go off after 10 minutes.

5. When Low battery the first light will flash and the second light will be off.

Note: The battery becomes hot after heavy use so can become difficult to charge. Allow the motor to cool and wait an hour between recharges.

The brush head should spin when the power button is pressed on the Vacuum.

If you are finding that the brush head is not spinning or the light is not working, the contact patches between the main body, extension tube and the floor head may need to be cleaned.

Ensure that the two connection points are clean and have no dust which could cause the connection to fail. You can use the Vacuum without the floor head to suck any dust or debris from the connection points.

Ensure that the other end of the connection (pictured above in black) is also free of any dust or debris. Additionally, check the connection point on the body of the vacuum to see if there is any dust or debris.

If your vacuum is experiencing a loss of suction, please try the following:

  • Check for any debris or blockages in the tubing and main body.
  • Ensure the filter has been cleaned and left to dry as per the maintenance and care instructions.
  • Check to see if the issue is happening on all attachments. If it is happening with a particular attachment then check there is no damage to this attachment and it is fitted correctly.

If you are still experiencing issues, please get in touch with the support team using the contact details on this page.

If the vacuum isn’t charging, please try the following:

  • Try an alternative plug socket.
  • Ensure there is no debris stuck in the charging port or at the end of the charging cable.
  • Gently wipe the end of the charging cable with a clean, dry cloth.
