If the rice cooker has no power, check the following:  

• Try an alternative mains plug socket. This will help work out if the issue is with the mains socket or the kettle itself.  
• Change the fuse in the plug. You can watch the below video on how to change the fuse in the plug.

If the rice cooker is taking longer than usual to cook the rice, the water to rice ratio may need adjusting. If your rice cooker has indication markings inside the pan, follow these as a guideline for the water to rice ratio.

If rice is sticking to the pot, there may not be an unbalanced water to rice ratio. We recommend adding more water to the pot.

To get the best results when cooking rice will depend on the type of rice you are using and your personal preference. If using packeted rice, follow the water advice on the packaging. 

To get fluffier rice, we recommend adding a little extra water during cooking. To get firmer rice, use less water. 

If the rice appears to be undercooked, we recommend adjusting the cooking setting accordingly and adding a bit more water to the pot.
