NUBAND V2 ACTIVITY TRACKER

When searching for the App on iPad please look under iPhone only. The app will appear straight away and is fully formatted for tablet.

Please ensure Bluetooth is switched on, on your smart device. This does not require permanent connection so you do not need to search device. 

• Go to the app and set profiles and goals. 
• Go to main Activity Screen. 
• Click button to illuminate your Nuband screen and immediately press sync (This is the circle icon in the top left of the app screen). 
• This will connect, pair and then disconnect. 
• Now you are set and time and date will set too.

When your Nuband arrives it usually has a 20-30% battery charge in to get you started BUT we recommend charging your Nuband for a few hours. If the battery does run flat, please charge for 2 hours. You will see a charge icon appear on your screen when doing so. Afterwards your Nuband is in off position. Hold the button for 10 seconds and you will see a circle with a small line through it. The Nuband is now switched back on.

Nuband is an app enabled device and is designed to work with selected Smartphones and Tablets only.

• As with all wearable technology, Nuband is not compatible with every single smart phone or table. We recommend use with Samsung Galaxy S3 onwards, Sony Experia Z3 onwards, Apple Iphone 4S onwards, Apple Ipad 3 onwards, Samsung Galaxy Note 2 onwards, Selected Android devices utilising Android 4.3 +. 
• In all cases please ensure phone or tablet software is up to date.

The Nuband screen stays lit for 5 seconds unless scrolling through the various results. Nuband uses OLED technology in the screen to give a super bright and clear display. If the screen were to remain lit it would have a negative impact on battery life of the product.

Nuband uses an accelerometer to track walk and run based exercises. Nuband will trace slight movement even when seated as it is tracking activity throughout the day.

The product is suitable for light rain or sweating. We strongly recommend that Nuband is removed before showering or swimming.
