You can send your watch for repair to

If your watch is within the guarantee period/terms, it will be repaired & returned to you free of charge. If it is outside of the guarantee, a chargeable repair maybe available.
PLEASE ensure you package the watch securely to avoid damage, add a note with details of your name, address, contact number & repair requirement. Please also send via a trackable insured service. Unfortunately we are unable to reimburse postage costs.
