FAQs

BEFORE YOUR FIRST USE:

1. Remove the appliance from the box

2. Turn the Robo Vac upside down on a flat, stable surface.

3. Push the rotating brush bar towards the right wheel. The bar is spring loaded and can then be

removed by lifting and sliding to the left. The rotating brush bar has a small securing clip on it

that needs to be removed prior to first use.

4. Charge the appliance as directed.

5. Please retain all packaging until you have checked and counted all the parts and the contents

against the parts list.

Dispose of the packaging in a responsible manner.

USING YOUR APPLIANCE

1. Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge your Robo Vac. A full charge takes approximately 8 hours.

2. Once your Robo Vac is charged, carry it and the docking station into the room you wish to clean.

3. Place the docking station against a wall, ensuring there is a clear path for the Robo Vac to reach it.

4. As the Robo Vac moves around the room it may knock into things. Clear any breakables, such as vases or ornaments from the floor.

5. Set the Robo Vac down on the floor and turn on.

6. The Robo Vac will automatically return to the docking station once cleaning is complete.

7. The Robo Vac has an anti bump navigation sensor fitted, and will right itself if it hits anything.

If using on carpeted floor, check to see if there are any carpet lips over 1 cm. The Robo Vac cannot move over lips higher than 1 cm. You may need to lift your Robo Vac and move it over the lip.

Important:

1. The docking station must be placed by a wall/solid surface in order for the Robo Vac to dock. Do not place in the centre of a room.

2. Make sure the docking station is against a clear, unobstructed wall.

3. Ensure that there are no barriers or obstacles in front of the dock, or any debris that will block the Robo Vacs path to the docking station.

4. You must ensure the Robo Vac is in close enough range to the docking station to self-dock. Do not place the docking station in a separate room to the Robo Vac, for example.

5. If the Robo Vac runs out of battery during use, you must take it to the dock yourself. Ensure that you have switched the Robo Vac off before returning to the dock.

6. If the Robo Vac and the docking station do not connect correctly when charging, the indicator light will flash blue.

Emptying the dust bin:

1. Switch off the Robo Vac and press the dust bin release button.

2. Pull the case out of the Robo Vac and empty the dust case.

3. Turn over the dust case and remove the filter.

4. Discard of any excess dust or dirt.

5. Wash the filter in warm water and ensure that it is fully 100% dry prior to reinsertion into the product. Important!

*Never machine dry the filter. Always allow the filter to air dry*

Removing the brush:

1. Switch off the Robo Vac and turn it upside down on a flat, stable surface.

2. Push the brush bar towards the right wheel. The bar is spring loaded and can then be removed by lifting and sliding to the left.

3. Repeat with each bar.

Cleaning the brushes and housing:

1. Remove the brushes.

2. Wipe the brush housing with a clean, damp cloth.

3. Remove any excess dust from the brushes.

Check to see whether the dust bin is full. If it is, turn off the Robo Vac and empty the dust bin before continuing. The filter may be clogged. Clean it as described in the instruction manual.

The Robo Vac may have got caught on some wires or the lip of a carpet. Lift the Robo Vac and move it to a different place to clean. The battery may be low. Lift the Robo Vac and either manually dock it onto the docking station to charger or plug it in to the charging cable. Check the wheels to ensure there is not material or debris wrapped around round

If using the docking station: If the Robo Vac and the docking station do not connect correctly when charging, the indicator light will flash blue. Manually connect the Robo Vac with the docking station. If using the charging cable: Ensure that the cable is plugged in and turned on at the power socket.
