Accidental damage is not covered by the 12 month manufacturing warranty with Argos. However, this tablet does come with a ‘2 Year Worry-Free Guarantee’ with Amazon. We would advise contacting them for further support on the tablet.

Follow the below instructions to perform a factory reset:

  1. Swipe down from the top of the screen and tap Settings.
  2. Tap Device Options.
  3. Tap Reset to Factory Defaults.
  4. Tap Reset to confirm the factory reset.

NOTE: This will delete all data, apps and settings on the device.

If the tablet isn't turning on or charging, try the following:

  • Try a soft reset. This is done by holding down the Volume Up and Power button together for 20 seconds. We recommend trying this with the tablet plugged in to charge at the same time.
  • Try an alternative charging cable.
  • Try an alternative plug socket.
  • Check the charging port for any debris or fluff that could be blocking the contacts.
