If your hairdryer won’t turn on, check the following: 

• Ensure the plug is fully inserted into the mains and turned on. 
• Try the hair dryer in a different mains plug. 
• Has the overheat protection triggered. Let the hairdryer cool for 10–15 minutes (thermal cutoff may have activated). 
• Faulty power cord or switch. Inspect the cord for damage (do not use if damaged).
• Change the fuse in the plug, using a fuse with the same rating. 

If the airflow is weak or reduced, check the following: 

Always unplug the hair dryer from the mains before carrying out any cleaning. 

• Check the intake filter for any blockages. 
• Check the nozzle for blockages. 
• Ensure the correct speed setting has been selected. 

If your hairdryer turns off during use, try the following: 

Always unplug the hair dryer from the mains before carrying out any cleaning. 

• Avoid covering the air vents during use. 
• Check the and clean the rear filter. 
• Remove any hair build up. 
• Allow the hair dryer to fully cool before restarting. 

• Ensure the hairdryer is set to on.  
• Try an alternative power socket. 
• Change the fuse. Ensure to use the same rating of fuse.

• If applicable clean the filter (Refer to the user manual for guidance)  

• Check if the dryer is set to a cool or low heat setting. 
• Try switching to a higher heat setting.  

• A burning smell may indicate lint or dust buildup, clean the air filter. (Always refer to the user manual)
