This is normally due to a 'loading' issue or your machine is out of balance.  Please take the following steps to correct this issue...

Loading issue

Remove all of the washing

- Replace the washing ensuring not to overfill (the drum should be no more than half full to allow space for the water/detergent to circulate and to ensure a good wash).

- Re-commence the desired programme

Out Of Balance

Unplug your machine

- Pull out your machine

- Level the machine by rotating the feet at the bottom on each corner.  Placing a spirit level on the top f your appliance will help with this process.

- Replace your machine & plug back into the socket

- Re-commence the desired programme

This is normally due to a blockage to the pump.  Please refer to your instruction manual & clear any foreign objects/blockages.

Please fully remove your dispenser (refer to your instruction manual) & thoroughly clean.  Prior to placing the dispenser draw back, ensure there are no blockages or foreign objects in the path of the draw.

Please check your outlet/drainage hose connections at the rear of your appliance.  Please also ensure there are no 'kinks' to the waste pipe.

Please wash/wipe down the rims of your appliance and run a service wash.  This is normally a 90 degrees wash with an empty drum (please refer to your user manual)
