FAQs

Please contact the after sales support at 0345 605 2067.

If there is no or only little pressure build-up, check the following:

  • There is air in hose. Turn off the machine. Run the machine without the high pressure hose connected until water starts flow without bubbles. Reattach the high pressure hose.
  • Check all inlet pipes leading to the pump for leaks or clogs.

If this does not resolve the issue, contact the after sales support at 0345 605 2067.

If the pressure varies, check the following:

  • Check if the nozzle is blocked. Clean the high pressure jet nozzle with the nozzle pin provided.
  • Inlet water is blocked. Make sure the inlet hose is not twisted.

If the machine is leaking, please contact the after sales support at 0345 605 2067.

The pressure washer is equipped with a water filter in inlet adapter to protect the pump. If the filter is not kept clean, the water flow to the machine will be restricted and the pump may be damaged.

To clean water filter, remove inlet adapter and get the filter out.

  • Rinse filter until it is free of debris and blockage.
  • Replace the filter and inlet adapter.
  1. Put the high pressure washer on level ground. Stand in a secure and stable position.
  2. Open the water supply.
  3. Unlock the safety trigger on the spray gun, and press the trigger until there is a steady stream of water.
  4. Set the On/Off switch to ON.
  5. To stop, release the trigger, engage the safety lock, set the On/Off switch to OFF, and close the water supply.

If the appliance isn’t starting, we recommend checking the following:

  • Check that it is plugged in securely and the plug turned on.
  • Trying an alternative mains plug socket.
  • Replace the fuse in the plug.

If the pressure is fluctuating, we recommend checking the following:

  • Check that the hoses, connections and attachments are airtight and secure on the appliance.
  • Inspect the pipes for any kinks and bends and adjust to straighten.
  • Remove and clean any pumps or seals.
  • Check that the inlet hose from the tap is secure and airtight.
  • Try turning the tap down slightly as the pressure from the tap may be too high.
  • If the inlet is leaking, then this will need to be tightened securely as it would indicate the flow from the tap could be causing the fluctuation.

If the appliance stops during use, we recommend checking the following:

  • Check that the hoses, connections and attachments are airtight and secure on the appliance.
  • Inspect the pipes for any kinks and bends and adjust to straighten.
  • Wait 10-30 minutes to allow the appliance to cool down if used for an extended period time.
  • Clean all nozzles in case debris has become dislodged.
  • Check that the inlet hose from the tap is secure and airtight.
  • Check that the tap is still on and running. If water stops flowing from the tap, the appliance may halt operation.

If you find the hose is leaking, firstly ensure the connection is secure by tightly fastening the hose to the unit. You should also check the hose and end connections for any signs of damage; if damaged, you may need to replace the hose or end connections.

If it is still leaking, ensure that the tap is turned off between uses. If the tap stays on when the unit is not in use, then the hose will fill with water and the pressure can cause it to leak from the connection.

If the pressure washer starts but no water comes out, we recommend checking the following:

  • Ensure that the tap is turned on and fully open.
  • Check that the inlet hose from the tap is secure and airtight.
  • Check that the hoses, connections and attachments are airtight and secure on the appliance.
  • Inspect the pipes for any kinks and bends and adjust to straighten.
  • Remove and clean any pumps or seals.

If you find the pressure is too low, firstly check which attachments you are using and the distance from the surface you are cleaning. Some attachments may be designed for a closer range, whilst others are designed to be sprayed at a distance. Check the user manual for more information regarding attachments.

If the pressure still seems low, we recommend checking the following:

  • Ensure that the tap is turned on and fully open.
  • Check that the inlet hose from the tap is secure and airtight.
  • Check that the hoses, connections and attachments are airtight and secure on the appliance.
  • Remove and clean any pumps or seals.
  • If you have attached any extended hoses this can reduce the water pressure. Check your user manual for any maximum lengths of hose pipes or extensions that can be used.
