If the appliance is going over set times on drying clothes, check the following:

  • Ensure it is not being overloaded.
  • Check that both filters are empty and clean.


  • Ensure the correct programme has been selected.
  • Try not to put the clothes in overly wet as they will take longer to dry.

This is to stop the clothes from creasing. The drum will occasionally turn until the appliance has been either switched off or the door has been opened.

 

If your appliance has an E03 error code, this would indicate the water tank is full. Please try the following: 

  • Empty and clean the water tank. 
  • Check the lint filter and condenser drawer for any debris. 
  • Wipe the humidity sensors on the inside of the drum. 
  • Try a power reset by unplugging the appliance, holding down the Start/Pause button for 10 seconds, leaving for 30 seconds, and then plugging back in.

If your appliance has an E04 error code, this can indicate an issue with the loading. Please try the following:

  • Empty and clean the water tank. 
  • Wipe the humidity sensors on the inside of the drum. 
  • Try a power reset by unplugging the appliance, holding down the Start/Pause button for 10 seconds, leaving for 30 seconds, and then plugging back in.
