To upgrade the software on the TV follow the steps below. Open the main menu Choose Settings Choose Other Settings Choose Software upgrade Press the OK button to open the upgrade options menu In the upgrade options menu choose Scan for upgrade If an upgrade is found a progress bar will start to indicate the download status.
This can happen when there is no device connected. Please check that there is something connected to the input source correctly.
